Product Description

Overview
The function of the medium-wave 640×512InSb focal plane detector is to convert the received infrared radiation image into an electrical signal, and process and read out the array signal. It completes the photoelectric conversion function of the infrared signal. The pixel center distance is 15μm×15μm, the chip material is indium antimonide (InSb), and the detection response band is 3.6μm~4.8μm. IDDCA mainly consists of two parts: 640×512 infrared focal plane detector Dewar assembly (DDA) and integrated Stirling refrigerator (Cooler). The detector weighs less than 650g.
